1: won't let go of your hand anymore: literally, this is closer to "I won't part these joined hands anymore" - I just changed it to sound a little smoother in the English. Basically the same meaning.
2: worries: here, the word used was "kakehiku", which translates literally to "bargaining" or "tactics"...so I think the idea is that his "doubting heart" makes him try to weasle out of things, or always second guess...and I couldn't really think of a good, short way to say that except "worries". But that's why there's a nice long footnote ;p
3: something to cling to: The printed lyrics for the beginning of this line read "suru ga tame no", but when I listened to the song (many many times @_@), I swear he sang "sugaru tame no". And that makes a hell of a lot more sense, so that's how I translated it.
4: We were able to meet with warmth, so we can understand each other: Sadly, there is just no good sounding way to phrase this in English, this is pretty much just a straight-up literal trans. So, really, you just have to read into it what you will, as far as what he means by "warmth", I guess. Also, the verb for "meet" here is "deau", which is generally reserved for first or chance meetings.
5: varied meanings: A two-part footnote! Part 1, "varied": the word used here is "kodawaru", which is actually a verb meaning "to be particular about"/"to fuss over", so the idea is that the differences in meaning are very small, and picky. Which leads me right to Part 2: I just think this line is so clever, because at the beginning of this line, the phrase used is "Koi shiteru", and in the first verse, the verb used was "ai shiteru" - the differences really are very small, and fussy, as it were, the difference between "to be in love" and "to fall in love"...[/nerdy-ness]
6: other people: in the written lyrics, this was "tanin" (another person/stranger), but in the sung lyrics it was just "hito" (person).
