Meruki offers social media analytics, monitoring, and reporting services ("Service") to businesses ("Customers") and to any individuals ("Customers"). In order to provide the Service, Meruki collects real time social media conversations from public websites and social networking sites.

Meruki displays analysis of anyone and everyone requested to prepare the social media analytics. Meruki recognizes that Privacy is important, and that individuals have the right to know and understand how their personal information is used, the choices available to them, and the steps that they can take to access this personal information, and to request that inaccurate information be deleted.
